On behalf of all the writers, contributors, readers, viewers and advertisers of bangla-sydney.com I have received this crest from Poth Productions last night as a token of appreciation.
For those who don't know, Poth Productions is a group of young people who does the dazzling fashion shows and the amazing theatricals on the grand Olympic Park Boishakhi Mela stage.
I have been doing bangla-sydney since 2003. Received 3 awards so far but all of them were given to me, to Anisur Rahman. This is the first time an award is given to bangla-sydney. So it belongs to you, who kept it going through all these years and made it what it stands for!
Thank you Poth Productions for you saw bangla-sydney first, which belongs to every one of its contributors and not only to Anisur Rahman.
