My comments on "Inner Eye" by Zia Ahmed

Many, many thanks to Zia Ahmed for producing “Inner Eye”. It is an excellent short film. It’s a tremendous story scripted by Ashis Bhattacharjee. Thanks you so much Ashis Da.

Talbingo was the destination of Maushumi like all others to achieve the goal of her life. She lost her guidance/direction (symbolised by losing GPS) perhaps as a result of going in hurry for a cup of coffee to enjoy in an open park. She returned to road and very soon understood that the road she was driving might not be the right road and should seek help. It seemed the people she asked for help to show the way to Talbingo were also tired of not getting Talbingo in their lives as expressed in saying “I don’t know”. At the end, Moushumi reached a place which was a wrong place, a wrong Talbingo where she found herself with others she previously asked for help. They all were looking tired and disheartened. Moushumi was too tired but still keen (symbolised by Lantern in hand) with a dwindle hope to find out her destiny, the truth of life “Talbingo”.

Thank you Moushumi, you have once again proved yourself as tremendous performer.
