The agenda:
a) General discussion of the activities of the organization for the year and other
related matters by the General Secretary.
b) President’s Report.
c) Presentation of Financial Report by the Treasurer.
d) Adoption of financial report by the members.
e) Open discussion on how to make the scholarship program for the very poor
meritorious students in Bangladesh as an on-going successful initiative.
f) Miscellaneous matters.
g) Closing the Annual General Meeting by the President.
Light refreshments will be provided.
