Notice of Annual General Meeting Dear Members, As per Clause 5.1 of the Constitution, the Annual General Meeting of GSG Australia Inc. to be held on Sunday, 7th December 2014 at 65 Spurway Street, Ermington from 3pm to 5pm. Light refreshments will be provided. Confirmation of attendance by email or phone will be appreciated. The agenda: a) Adoption of the new constitution of the organization. b) General discussion of the activities of the organization for the year and other related matters by the General Secretary. c) President’s Report. d) The Treasurer’s report with up-to-date financial position. e) Scholarships program for the poor meritorious HSC and undergraduate students in Bangladesh. Open discussion on how to make the scholarship program for the very poor meritorious students in Bangladesh as an on-going successful initiative. f) Election of a Returning Officer. g) General Election as per rules of the Constitution and the declaration of the elected new Office Bearers for the financial year 2014-2016 by the Returning Officer. h) Miscellaneous matters. i) Closing the Annual General Meeting by the elected new President.
