Notice for Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Date:  29/07/2007  (Sunday)
Time: 11 AM to 1 PM
Place: St. Peters Library, Sydenham (corner of Unwin Bridge Road and Swan St.)

Agenda:
1. Election or selection of the members of the management committee 
   (Convenor, General Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relations Secretary 
   and at least 5 members)
2. Discussion re Future fund raising activities
3. Any other issues the attendees may wish to discuss. All members of the
   Bangladesh community are cordially invited to attend the AGM and show 
   your commitment for a good cause.

Your active participation and positive contribution will be much appreciated.
Please bring along as many supporters of the good cause as you can. 
The management appreciates your continued support. 
Food packets will be sold to raise funds.
