Cricket Tournament 2009 - Important Announcements
Following decisions were taken in an executive committee meeting of Bangladesh Association of NSW held on 7/12/08.
- The fixture of the tournament will be finalized in a meeting to be held on 11th January,2009 at Peter Hislop park, Everley Rd, Auburn, at 3 pm with the presence of team captains or representatives. All the cricket lovers are cordially invited to attend the meeting.
- The possible start date of the Tournament is 1st of February 2009.
- The tournament will be held at Peter Hislop park, Everley Rd, Auburn.
- Total number of teams will be decided before the meeting on 11th.
- All the possible team captains and their managers are invited on that meeting.
- Preliminary matches of the tournament will be of 25 overs, Semi-Final 30 overs and the Final will be of 35 overs.
- Each team can register upto 14 players for the tournament, 11 players can play in any one game.
- Total registration fee will be $700 for the tournament ( $600 entry fee + $100 deposit).
- Each team has to pay their fees by 11th of January 2009 when they come for the follow-up meeting.
- Every team must submit one copy of photograph of each registered player before the tournament starts.
