ABBC Elects New Chairperson
The Australia Bangladesh Business Council held its annual general meeting in Sydney on Sunday 22 November.
The Council seeks to foster the friendship and understanding and commercial activities between Australia and Bangladesh.
Those elected to key positions were Chairman Brian Armstrong, Vice Chairman Delwar Hossain, Secretary Zahidul Islam, Assistant Secretary Reaz Hyder, Treasurer Kamrul Islam.
The success of the council depends on the commitment and teamwork of the elected executive committee and the input and cooperation of the business community, said the chairman, Brian Armstrong.
The Council invites businesses and individuals to become a member of the Council to further its objectives.
